I want to define myself as a multi-media artist ; practicing various techniques such as printmaking, photography, video, sound installation, performance and glass-making. A process-based methodology where the medium becomes an extension of the concept. In my pursuit to bridge the boundaries between life and art, I am interested by the interplay between natural and artificial.

My present work is concerned with documenting and translating mundane personal events in a poetic and symbolic way. Merging notions of self-portraiture, playful voyeurism, performance and fictional narration, I am interested in magnifying the insignificant and extracting the rhythmic complexity that structures the everyday. I thus “collect” gestures, breaths, walking patterns, body scans that I decode, simplify and transform into melodies, rhythmic topographies, movement patterns, cyclic calendars or animated charts.
